Tour Notes:
- All passengers have to report 02 hours before the departure due to security checking at the airport.
- No hand baggage will be allowed to carry inside the aircraft due to security reasons. Only Jewelry and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.
- Names of hotels mentioned in our offer only indicate that our rates are based on the usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey to you the confirmation of accommodation at these hotels.
- Hotel accommodation is subject to availability otherwise an alternate will be provided before asking you.
- No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station / Airport in JAMMU hence our driver will coordinate with you for the same
- No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari & Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except local taxis.
- Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour
- The booking shall be released if advance payment was not received on or before the cutoff dates provided
- At the time of booking confirmation, you have to pay 25 % of the total invoice amount to guarantee your booking then the remaining balance on the day of arrival to continue further services failing which service could be discontinued.
- In the case of premium properties, you have to make 50% of the total invoice amount to hold your booking and the remaining balance 10 days before the date of arrival to reconfirm all services.
- Any complaint regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after check out from the said hotel/houseboat. Hence you are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for the same.
- The dates mentioned above are tentative. Your booking shall be processed as per your desired dates.
Important Note
- Hotels are Subject to change in case of non-availability of rooms.
- Costing will vary subject to the change of hotels and night accommodations in other locations.
- All the bookings will be confirmed only when the whole payment of the package is deposited before the check Inn.
- There is no credit policy in our Company as we strictly don’t work on a credit basis.
- There will be 100 % retention if the client wishes to change the hotel at the last moment and has to pay the amount directly to the next Hotel as the company is not responsible for that and is only responsible if there is a service problem.
- There will be no Sightseeing in any Ex-Station like Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg by the vehicles provided by us and the client has to pay directly at that place.
- The cab provided to the client will go only to those places mentioned in the tour program will follow rules strictly and will not go beyond norms.
- The Hotels are subject to change in Srinagar due to the non-availability of rooms without prior notice.
- The above-given packages are non-commissionable.
- Transportation & Hotel Rates may change as per the tourist flow.
- The abovementioned rates are Subject to Change if Hotel and Transportation Rates change.
Cancellation Policy
It is good to make your booking two months prior in advance. In the event of cancellation due to any reasons, it is compulsory to notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will only be effective from the date we receive your request in writing.
- All rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
- Subject to the availability, not guaranteed until purchased.
- A cancellation charge applies to all date changes and refunds.
- 0 Days or More Before Arrival: No charges (100% refund)
- 20–29 Days Before Arrival: 20% of the total booking amount
- 6–19 Days Before Arrival: 30% of the total booking amount
- Less Than 3 Days Before Arrival or No-Show: 100% of the total booking amount (no refund)
- Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost.
- 5% GST will be extra on the Total Bill
