Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

Arrive in Srinagar for your trip. Meet our representative and you will be transferred to Houseboat. Afternoon free to relax. Later in the evening enjoy the Romantic Shikara ride on Dal Lake. You will get a lovely view of some interesting places around the Lake. Overnight stay at Houseboat.

Day 2: Srinagar – Sonamarg – Srinagar

After breakfast leave for a full-day trip to Sonamarg. Sonamarg is also known as ‘The Meadow of Gold’ or “The Gateway of Ladakh’ Sonamarg is 84 Km from Srinagar and is surrounded by colorful mountains and thick Pine forests. Overnight stay at Houseboat in Srinagar.

Day 3: Srinagar – Pahalgam

After breakfast transfer to Pahalgam (2133 mt) also known as ‘The valley of Shepherd’s or Trekker’s Paradise for a 01-night stay. On the way visit Awantipura ruins, Saffron fields. The town of Pahalgam offers breathtaking views. Overnight stay at Hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 4: Pahalgam Srinagar Local Sightseeing

After breakfast transfer from Pahalgam to Srinagar. Afternoon tour to the famous Mughal Garden, Nishat Garden known as the Garden of pleasure built in the 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Then visit Shalimar Garden known as the Garden of love’ built in the 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan or (Mehr-un-Nissa) After that visit to Chashmashahi. Overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar

After breakfast leave for a full day trip to Gulmarg known as ‘Meadow of flowers. It is one of India’s premier Hill resorts. Gulmarg today is not merely a mountain resort of exceptional beauty – It also turns into India’s premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car offers rides to the top of the Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. Overnight stay at Hotel in Srinagar.

Day 6: Srinagar – Airport

After breakfast transfer to Srinagar Airport to catch a flight for an onward destination with sweet holiday memories. Tour Ends

  • Any kind of insurance
  • Personal tips, gratuities, laundry, medical expenses, etc.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in the itinerary
  • Any changes to the planned itinerary
  • Visit Betaab Valley, horse riding, cable car, sled riding, snow cab in Gulmarg, and garden entry tickets.

Tour Notes:

  1. All passengers have to report 02 hours before the departure due to security checking at the airport.
  2. No hand baggage will be allowed to carry inside the aircraft due to security reasons. Only Jewelry and laptops will be allowed for cabin baggage.
  3. Names of hotels mentioned in our offer only indicate that our rates are based on the usage of these hotels. It is not to be construed that accommodation is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey to you the confirmation of accommodation at these hotels.
  4. Hotel accommodation is subject to availability otherwise an alternate will be provided before asking you.
  5. No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside the railway station / Airport in JAMMU hence our driver will coordinate with you for the same
  6. No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari & Beetab Valley in Pahalgam except local taxis.
  7. Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour
  8. The booking shall be released if advance payment was not received on or before the cutoff dates provided
  9. At the time of booking confirmation, you have to pay 25 % of the total invoice amount to guarantee your booking then the remaining balance on the day of arrival to continue further services failing which service could be discontinued.
  10. In the case of premium properties, you have to make 50% of the total invoice amount to hold your booking and the remaining balance 10 days before the date of arrival to reconfirm all services.
  11. Any complaint regarding any hotel or its service shall not be entertained after check out from the said hotel/houseboat. Hence you are requested to immediately contact your concerned person for the same.
  12. The dates mentioned above are tentative. Your booking shall be processed as per your desired dates.

Important Note

  1. Hotels are Subject to change in case of non-availability of rooms.
  2. Costing will vary subject to the change of hotels and night accommodations in other locations.
  3. All the bookings will be confirmed only when the whole payment of the package is deposited before the check Inn.
  4. There is no credit policy in our Company as we strictly don’t work on a credit basis.
  5. There will be 100 % retention if the client wishes to change the hotel at the last moment and has to pay the amount directly to the next Hotel as the company is not responsible for that and is only responsible if there is a service problem.
  6. There will be no Sightseeing in any Ex-Station like Gulmarg, Pahalgam, and Sonmarg by the vehicles provided by us and the client has to pay directly at that place.
  7. The cab provided to the client will go only to those places mentioned in the tour program will follow rules strictly and will not go beyond norms.
  8. The Hotels are subject to change in Srinagar due to the non-availability of rooms without prior notice.
  9. The above-given packages are non-commissionable.
  10. Transportation & Hotel Rates may change as per the tourist flow.
  11. The abovementioned rates are Subject to Change if Hotel and Transportation Rates change.

Cancellation Policy

It is good to make your booking two months prior in advance. In the event of cancellation due to any reasons, it is compulsory to notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will only be effective from the date we receive your request in writing.

  1. All rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  2. Subject to the availability, not guaranteed until purchased.
  3. A cancellation charge applies to all date changes and refunds.
  4. 0 Days or More Before Arrival: No charges (100% refund)
  5. 20–29 Days Before Arrival: 20% of the total booking amount
  6. 6–19 Days Before Arrival: 30% of the total booking amount
  7. Less Than 3 Days Before Arrival or No-Show: 100% of the total booking amount (no refund)
  8. Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost.
  9. 5% GST will be extra on the Total Bill
Payment Policy:
  • Advance Payment: 50% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Balance Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon arrival.
